Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a very versatile spice found in many savory and sweet dishes, but besides having a distinct and pleasant taste, it also has many health benefits. The bark of the Cinnamomum zeylanicum and Cinnamomum verum trees are harvested and dried into curled sticks, or ground into a powder.
