Cranberries are a great source of good-for-you vitamins and antioxidants and they definitely hold a place of honor at the traditional holiday table. But they can also add some zing to that classic of all classics… the holiday punch. Why not ring in the new year with this delicious twist on an American classic?
The Festive Cranberry Punch

2 bottles very dry bubbly (750 ml bottles), such as champagne, cava, or Prosecco
1½ cups ginger ale
¾ cup brandy
¾ cup orange liqueur (Triple Sec, Cointreau, Grand Marnier, etc…)
1 orange thinly sliced into rounds
1-2 handfuls pomegranate seeds
1 cup fresh cranberries
Chill all of the ingredients for at least 3 hours. Fill a large punch bowl or pitcher with the liquid ingredients. Stir to combine. Add the orange slices, pomegranate seeds, and fresh cranberries. Pour or ladle punch into an ice-filled glass, raise a glass to the new year and enjoy responsibly!
